An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is an additional structure built on a property that already has a house as a primary dwelling. These structures come in many shapes and sizes and can be customized to your specifications. ADUs have many other names that they go by including tiny homes, granny flats, in-law suites, and guest houses but they all have the same purpose.

These homes have many different benefits for you to experience and can be built on both single-family and multi-family lots. ADUs come with their own entrance as well as other spaces like bathrooms, living rooms, and kitchens. ADUs can also come either attached to the home like a garage conversion or be detached and stand-alone somewhere else on the property.

Different Types of ADU’s:
